*What is included in the $65 flat rate price?
$65 covers LABOR ONLY. It doesn't matter if we need to eliminate 1000 viruses or 10, make a full backup or reinstall the entire operating system. You will get the same low rate of $65.00. If for some reason you should need a replacement part or software upgrades, we will supply you with a detailed quote for the price of the part and/or software and the estimated time of arrival in the case we don't have it in stock. What if I want someone to work on site at my home or business?
Sure, we can work onsite. Check on our home user rates here or business user rates here.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple computers?
Yes, we offer discounts of 10% for customers with 3 or more machines that need repair. Ask our technician for more details.
Do you offer contracts for small to medium sized businesses with a considerable investment in information technology?

How long will it take to fix my computer?
The normal time period is (3) days, but often times customers will receive their computers back sooner. Please take into consideration that if your computer requires an additional part for repair, this could affect the turnaround time. You will be notified should this be the case.
Do you provide ongoing support after the completion of my repair?
Yes. Trimble IT Conceptz offers FREE ongoing support for the 30 day warranty period following your repairs. We can extend this warranty period at an additional cost.

Do I have to pay for my Flat Rate fee upfront?
No, we don't require any payment upfront, however, on large computer projects or projects that require parts be ordered, we will require a small percentage as a down payment. Payment in full is due prior to or at pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cashier's checks and money orders. You can also pay with AMEX, Mastercard, Visa and Discover via PayPal. Although we do not accept checks at this time, some businesses are given an exception.
Where are you located?
We are a mobile company and there is no physical office. However, our main repair shop is located in Cedar Hill, Texas.
